  • Hands on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portals, social media, professional networks & referral)
  • Experience in candidate assessment and management.
  • Ability to build & analyze reports worked on multiple skills/roles.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
  • Experience in mid-senior level hiring. Have strong candidate screening skills.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience whilst competing for top technology talent.
  • Gather and maintain competitive market intelligence to help building a proactive, value-added Talent Acquisition model.
  • Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence

 RPO Specialist - Recruiter 

Location: Bangalore & Delhi 

We are looking at IT Recruiters for an RPO Project to one of the Fortune 500 Company 

Regular Graduation is a must. 

Experience - 2 to 6 Years

•   Strong Sourcing Experience in IT Sector will be highly prefered
•   The Candidate should have managed to work on large demand sheet & multiple skills with laser sharp focus for quick submission.
•   The Candidate should have experience of working in ATS environment.
•   The Candidate should have worked on various Sourcing Channels like Social Media, LinkedIn & Headhunting apart from the Portals.
•   Good Communication skills with attention to details and screening abilities is a mandate for this role.
•   The candidate will be responsible to source & screen across a wide range of IT Skills.
•   The candidate will be managing end to end Sourcing Cycle through ATS.
•    The candidates will be measured on key metrics like Daily Sourcing Numbers & Sourcing to Conversion Ratio.
