Business Operations for the CSG includes Sales and Revenue MIS, SIP policy formulation, GMC/Board reporting, SPP/AOP and other business analytics.
The person will help in improving the Revenue and Commission reporting to Sales team by understanding the Revenue reporting files, Periodic tracking of MRC / NRC / ACV / Revenue nos., analyzing SFDC reports, etc.
The person will also be responsible for analyzing reports, Sales OB, Revenue for the region / segment and provide actionable analytics to the management to improve Sales performance.
He / she will also co-ordinate with various sales team members to provide Outlook information for Rhythm of Business meetings, AOP / SPP planning and support presentations to CSG Management / GMC / Board.
He / she will help in improving governance, reporting and effectiveness of regional support SPOCs and also address the sales reporting related issues better by interacting effectively with Commission and Revenue Reporting team.
