Position Title: Sr Brand Manager/Executive
Work Location: Delhi
Purpose of the Job:
Assist Brand Manager in all brand building activities, such as product development, research, development and execution of brand communication materials and engagement activities, and budget control in order to achieve the short and long-term brand objectives for India.
Accountability – 1
Monitors the market, consumer and brand trends; compile all data that allows for an accurate understanding of Brand Status Quo, and the optimum definition of BPWATTS/ BOWATTS, Brand Framework, Brand Image Grid, etc - Regularly monitor the brand performances and recommend strategies based on analysis.

Implements brand plans including new product launches and brand support programs- utilizing all relevant touchpoints - Responsible to ensure that all RPC / CPC Gate submissions are submitted in a timely and quality manner with the required approvals.

Assist the Brand Manager to co-ordinate and interface with all relevant departments to foster internal communications, effective teamwork and best resource allocation. Work closely with trade marketing team to ensure excellent brand presentation in retail outlets; - Pay regular visits to our target outlets to keep abreast of the latest trends and developments. Develop the relationship with creative agencies, assisting them to continuously meet PM standards and evaluating their performance, to lead to high quality service levels at optimum cost

Assist the Brand Manager to coordinate among PD, Brand teams and Supply Chain to ensure all product development projects are on track and follow through follow-up items; proactive communication & engagement with RHQ / BBG / Research / other affiliates to drive project support and milestones in line with the brand plans for the year

Budget and Compliance Control - Assist the Brand Manager to control DME budget through monthly update of spending status to ensure that our budget is spent effectively and efficiently; - Check all marketing expense relating to MARLBORO brand and provide the Brand Manager with accurate budget comparison; Process invoices timely after job completion to meet agreed payment terms.

Ensure that all approved brand programs are executed in accordance within approved DME, laws and government regulations, PMI policy, and the PMI Marketing Code

Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder and project management. - Excellent command of English, good presentation skills, strong analytical acumen. - Good attitude to learn and strong result orientation to glean actionable insights from trends and LAS data to develop actionable brand plans
