The portfolio of products that we own and manage ranges across Self Service products that focus on reducing effort for customers, Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered, automated customer communication channels that help solve customer issues and delight them and Smart Routing and prediction frameworks where we use data to pre-empt customer issues, address them pro-actively and dynamically connect them to the best equipped associates. The technology team is also working towards creating an India first product within which will be a game changer.
This is a team with a cross-border mindset, creating products and solutions that are solving customer and associate facing problems across geographies. This role requires closely working with business owners and product managers across the organization to define, strategy, requirements and timelines as well as lead different technical teams through design, delivery, management and support. The role warrants a very high level of deep dive and an inherent bias for action towards solving complex problems.
4+ years experience building successful production software systems
A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BS or MS in CS or related field)
Experience developing software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, agile and in an ownership and results oriented culture.
