?At least 9+ years of experience in ITSM, ITOM or ITBM Business Process Consulting, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes & implementation.
?Lead the design of technical solutions integrating ServiceNow/ITSM platform with multiple complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external, and internal customers.
?Must have experience in managing multiple implementation projects and teams for atleast two years along with client facing role.
?Manage the target design, policies and standards, working proactively to maintain a stable, viable architecture and ensure consistency of design across projects.
?At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow in ITSM, CMDB or other ServiceNow product stacks.
?Perform productively at many levels, from the abstract world of enterprise architecture to the concrete day-to-day world of coding, in order to produce the final deliverable desired by the client
?Certification : ITIL Foundation / ServiceNow Admin Certified / ServiceNow Implementation specialist.
