Job Requirement : Should Be known to Bengali Language


Job Role :

Responsible for Industrial Engines Service complaint monitoring, resolution and provide required

support.

 

? Responsible for developing and expanding service network in East and related area for Engine and

 

FIP.

 

? To ensure Parts sales -Primary Sale (YIPL to Dealers) and then secondary sale (Dealer to Customer)

 

of Genuine spare parts, target setting and achievement.

 

? To implement ?Service Duties? at dealers end, and monitor dealers profitability.

 

? To ensure availability of trained service technicians at Service Distributor?s end with respect to

 

engine population.

 

? Regular monitoring of spare parts availability at dealership.

 

? To do Warranty Case analysis under warranty claim settlement Policy.

 

? Regular visit to Customers (End User) and OEM to understand the service lacunas and business

 

generation for Spare parts.

 

? To maintain proper sale Channel right from PO, Material tracking/delivery and Payment follow-up.

 

? Responsible to provide Training to dealer employees and OEM Engineers.

 

? Coordination with channel partners and other stake holders for timely complaints resolution.

 

? Clearly and professionally interact with customer, regarding status of complaint resolution, on a

 

daily basis.

 

? Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders and customers

 

? Work effectively and in the shortest time possible.

 

? Assist team with market information on new applications to both existing customers and new

 

accounts.

 

? Acts as technical liaison between field service organization and the Engineering, Quality, business

 

support depts.

 

? Regular reporting and documentation as per the standards
