Our Client is a world leader in software for radiation therapy. Our expertise supports 2600 clinics worldwide in the fight against cancer. With headquartered in Sweden, and has subsidiaries in the US, Belgium, France, the UK and Singapore and is on agrevise expansion mode.




Business Note :- As the Company is initiating its business operation in India , base location can be as per candidate preference. The client want extremely sharp and experienced person for this assignment from Sales/Marketing/Business development functional area who also has very strong networking in India for oncology segment.




·   Management of local sales and support staff

·   Develop strategies and the organization necessary to meet local sales goals.

·   Identifying customer leads, performing on-site demonstrations, understanding customer needs, producing quotes, responding to tenders, negotiating offers and final closing of deals

·   Taking the role as Key Account Manager for key reference clinics

·   Work with senior management to communicate issues and strategic recommendations for successful product rollout

·   Implement and maintain full documentations about all customers and opportunities in the CRM system (SalesForce)

·   Developing and executing marketing activities in the region together with Marketing Manager

·   Attend national and international meetings / shows to develop visibility and pipeline




·   Responsible for all local direct sales operations, and responsibility for new markets in the region

·   Full personnel responsibility for all locally employed staff in the local subsidiary and region

·   Responsible for developing and meeting sales targets by quarter in coordination with management

·   Responsible for creating and executing marketing activities in accordance to existing budget constraints
