Regional Call Centre Manager - Collections, Mumbai
This is for our client which provides
debt financing to small entrepreneurs. Our Client is looking for a Regional Collection Manager who
can manage a team and co-ordinate the operational recovery activities for
maintaining credit portfolio in his/her region. The candidate is required to
administer corporate policies and procedures and ensure that front
delinquencies are minimized.
1. Prepare and execute Call centre dialer campaign strategy
2. Run and monitor dialer campaigns to improve agent productivity
3. Dialer enhancement in terms for meeting company requirements
4. Monitor dialer performance issue and resolve any issue
5. Ensure data facilitates & drive key decision points for process improvement & new initiatives.
6. Ensure accuracy & validity of data
7. To help in collation and preparation of data to enable analysis & decision
1. Experience 8-10 years in Collection Call Center Management.
2. Education – Graduate/MBA
3. Grade – Sr. Manager
4. CTC – 20 Lakhs Max.
