• A Project
Manager
is responsible from Project
planning, strategy to execution
• The
incumbent is responsible to interact with clients directly and regularly and
play a pivotal role in translating business ideas into meaningful solutions
• He/ she
would be an interface in understanding the client’s requirements and work
collaboratively with the project
execution team to help achieve optimum results
• As a
leader, he/ she should be able to coach & mentor the team in their work
areas. He/ she should also be equipped to conduct effective quarterly reviews
for team and annual appraisals
• He/she
should be able to set and drive a healthy team culture that runs in resonance
with company culture
• He/ she
should possess excellent communication skills- not only verbal and written
communication, but also ability to handle critical communication
• Must
have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environ
that requires multitasking among concurrent projects
