 • To ensure compliance of rules and regulations of Group   

 • To ensure compliance of all statutory rules and regulations 

 • Control of Project Budget.  


• Create and maintain project’s budget and schedule, analyse progress, recommend actions to improve progress. 

• Provide a contracts/project control service and expertise to project team to ensure that time, cost and contracts are managed and the project effectively executed.  

• Advise Project Manager the risks with regards to contractual, statutory, timing and costing issues 

• As focal for Capex payment arrangement  

• Document Control 

• Negotiation with Vendors as Finance Representative 

• Visit to Vendor for discussions and negotiations   

• Verification of all project related invoices  

• Project MIS preparation  

• To Assist Project Manager in Project financial information  

• To coordinate with auditors for Project post investment appraisals 

• To maintain Project Risk register 

• To maintain and submit financial information as per the requirement of e-PMO 

• Other ad-hoc work assigned by FC
