Job Description
Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification
Prepare technical solutions as well as review technical solutions
Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users
Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of application and help enhance application
Responsible for understanding the current process, identify and deliver service improvement
specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices
Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for new and existing solutions
Anticipate and remediate problems spanning the full range of Oracle Agile PLM application and their integration points; manage Oracle Support SRs as well as internal users? support requests.
Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional/technical requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements Complete business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement
Support a change management process to manage patch applications and changes to the configurations
Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes
Guide/coach other team members in delivering the solution
