Sales target allocation and monitoring sales target achievement:
To properly allocate sales target brand wise in accordance with the company overall sales target requirement on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis.
Monitors Portfolio Profitability, cost of acquisition, delinquency and attrition.
To optimize sales plan and forecast reliability.
Brand Strategic Business Unit relationship maintenance:
To maintain an effective relationship with brand Strategic Business Unit by regularly meeting in order to obtain support from the brand.
To participate in the meeting organized or joint organized by brand Strategic Business Unit and dealer, including annually/ quarterly conference and dealer events so as to keep market situation updated
Market situation feedback and sales program solutions:
To understand market dynamics & trends and competitor?s situation, and then feedback these to the management and other relevant departments as reliable resources of policy establishment and tactics setting-up and operational instructions.
To dig developing opportunities for both current and new product and services, and then transfer them into a competitively business advantage.
Track the execution of the national sales program in accordance with company policies and budgetary requirement.
18-20 years working experience in Auto Finance Business (Cars & Inventory Funding) / Added advantage if from Captive Auto Finance Business and additional knowledge of Leasing & Commercial Vehicle Finance.
