Summary
- You will be responsible for assessing; solution's and delivering learning needs of Retail Stores in the fashion retail space across South India.
- Interfaces with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translates them into training needs.
- Oversees a team of trainers (asst. managers; executives) for the delivery and effectiveness of the training needs across the South states.
Key Responsibilities
Need Identification:
Identify training gaps by constantly assessing the business environment.
Play a consultative role for the business to identify/anticipate current challenges or future needs.
Align with the business priorities and continuously evolve training needs for the region.
Training Delivery and Effectiveness:
Solution for the training needs by curating/creating learning content.
To align and customize inputs to the regional business/operation that includes module development; pilot / TTT and training delivery.
Manage training calendar for the month and update changes as required
Ensure training coverage and effectiveness across all stores in the region
Analysis and Reporting
Ensure all training related metrics and captured, analyzed and reported in the right manner.
Develop/Improve metrics for measuring and increasing learning effectiveness
Institute and ensure all store-based audits are conducted and reported as per standards.
Be the custodian for all MIS for the region.
