Manager -HR Operation
This position is responsible for Managing employee life cycle:-
Organizing Employee On-boarding - Design and achieve successful on boarding by seeking support of various stake holders
?Organising Employee Induction - Organise new employee induction by facilitating knowledge on various company and functional process & culture induction
?Probation evaluation process - Organise probation evaluation discussion & effective performance support to the employees for the success
?Payroll processing - Administer error free inhouse payroll for the Staff & Workmen on ERP platform
?Resolving Employee queries - Evolve & implement SoPs and Turn around Time for various HR Services. Monitoring and tracking the resolutions.
?Compensation & Benefits - Support in designing, reviewing compensation & benefit policies and its implementation
?Implementation of Performance Management for Staff - Roll out Objective Setting, Performance reviews and Annual Appraisal plans
?HR Policy implementation - Oversee HR policy implementation by tracking & analysing its effectiveness
?Separation Process - Conduct the clearance process and Full & Final
?HR Analytics
