Job Description: Manager HR Compliance
To develop systems and formats for employee remuneration as per company policies including administration of Statutory compliance and relevant labor law legislation, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
Requirements : Master in Social Work MSW (Human Resource development and Industrial relation)
Experience 5-10 years in related field.
Location : Bangalore
Required Candidate profile
- Adequate knowledge in Statutory compliance of Pan-India
- Through knowledge in Statutory remittances.
- Knowledge of Labour laws pertaining to retail Industry
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Problem Solving Skills
