Job Description

 -   Responsible for achieving profitable sales and distribution (Numeric and Weighted) goals in the zone by

-    Ensuring a strong and stable network for CV Vertical and driving growth projects.

-   Responsible for achieving set targets of Turnover / Receivables.

-   Establish a good financial discipline across the network through a meticulous policy deployment, rigorous network expansion to fill the white spots.

-      Execution of Go2Market campaigns and trade marketing

-      Develop, lead and motivate the team and take necessary measures to build requisite competencies in the

-      Technical Understanding

-      Willingness for extensive travelling

Qualifications Required

-      B.E/B.Tech + MBA from Premier Institutes with 6 -9 yrs of experience

-      5 or more Years Work Experience in Automotive Aftermarket

-      Knowledge and Experience of Sales Function

-      Good Communication and Entrepreneur / Leadership Skills

-      Knowledge of Excel / Word etc.

-      Experience of handling Zonal Team of 4 to 5 numbers

-      Good knowledge and experience on Retail network

-      Willingness to travel extensively
