Overall Job Purpose:

The Incumbent will support Joint Sales Activities/ Solution sales of Company in India. The incumbent will act as a central point of contact for Business Units for all joint sales activities. The Joint Sales activities include organizing internal meeting, organizing joint customer meetings, following-up with customers, preparing monthly joint sales report, coordinating with related departments for Joint sales presentations, brochures etc.  He will be doing solutions selling and key account management to new and existing customers and coordinate with Business Unit members to generate revenue for all group companies in India. The incumbent will help in relationship building with large corporate houses for Solutions & Cross-Sales will coordinate with all businesses for Joint Sales and solutions selling.

The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting business development plans and generating revenues through cross sales / solution business.

 

Responsibilities:

?Develop trust and relationship with sales members from all business unit members in India.

?Leverage inter-business unit customer base and customer relationship to generate revenue for other business and solutions selling.

?Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major corporate clients to ensure they find the brand as one stop solution for their requirement for Electric & Electronic for Buildings & Industries.

?Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

?Expand the relationships with existing corporate customers by continuously proposing new-solutions and cross Business unit selling so that we get repeated business from key customers for other Business Units as well.

?Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to corporate customers in a timely manner and do a Corporate Business Development & Key Account management ensuring customer satisfaction and repeated business for all products & solutions.

?Serve as the link of communication between key corporate customers and sales teams of all Business Units.

?Resolve any issues and problems faced by corporate customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and good relationship.

?Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

?Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements:

?Proven experience as Corporate Business Development & Key Account Manager

?Experience in corporate business development and providing solutions based on customer needs in Electric and Electronic domain

?Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

?Self-starter with excellent organizational skills for liasioning and coordinating with various business units.

?Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
