This position is with a leading tech company. Our client is looking to hire an energetic, sharp & knowledgeable person in Customer Experience team as Retention Lead for B2B customers. The person should have capability to lead Retention for Business/Enterprise Customers and enhance base revenue through Upsell/Cross-sell/Upgrade programs.
B2B Retention Lead will report directly to B2B Service Head
Level of Education
1. Graduate/Post Graduate from Class A institute
2. MBA preferable
3. Preferably has Technical knowledge of telecom domain
Experience
The candidate should possess and demonstrate the following:
1. Should have at least 5-8 years of Retention experience in Telecom/ISP sector in Corporate/Enterprise Segment.
2. Has done relationship management and retention – both proactive and reactive.
3. Has worked on Retention Tools & Systems.
4. Has suitable experience in managing Voluntary & Involuntary Churn (minimum 4-5 years)
