through Installed Base management.
· Service Revenue generation through Service Agreements (AMC), Service Solutions & Shutdown Agreements
· Shutdown Business & Funnel Development
· Shutdown Plans for K&A customers
· Installed Base Management & revenue generation through Installed Base Audits.
· Develop and expand the Channel Partner business for service.
· Responsible for sales funnel management, sales of strategic cases, sales skills development & sales material development
· Services business and sales support, Lead/support of strategic sales cases
· Initiation and launch of new services and service products
· Develop Diagnostic solutions business.
· Presentations to customers on Service Products and offerings
