This position is with our tech based client. Our client is looking to hire an energetic & go getter B2B Service Head in the Customer Experience team to be located at Gurgaon. The person should have capability to manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (Telephonic Support) and Relationship Managers with medium and large sized corporate accounts at junior, middle and senior management levels helping the client grow their business with client's leading and innovative Internet connectivity and Managed Service solutions.

B2B Service Head will report to Customer Experience & Access Head

Level of Education

1.            Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering / Technical field from Class A institute

2.            Technical knowledge in telecom domain

3.            Preferably having MBA from Class A institute

Experience        

The candidate should possess and demonstrate the following:

1.            Total experience of 15 years in service field

2.            Should have at least 3-4 years of Relationship management experience in Telecom/ISP sector with Corporate/ Enterprise Segment customers.

3.            Has good understanding of Telecom technologies/Networking (minimum 2-3 years)

4.            Should have handled a team of 25-30 people managing Collections, Retention and Customer Engagement
