This position with our global client who is world's co-leader in wines and spirits.
This role will:
- Acts as an HR Lead for the corporate functions Legal, Corporate Affairs, Finance, IT, Marketing & HR
- Be the HR Generalist - responsible for all HR activities for the functions and working closely with the team Corporate HR from hiring to exit.
- Have good mix of operational HR along with opportunity to design and deliver employee interventions.
?Ensure Goal Plan of all employees are set as per national guidelines
?Responsible for mid-year review process implementation
?Anchor functional calibration for the year-end review
?Ensure all employees get documented performance feedback
?Anchor PMS workshops with the respective employee groups in the zone
?Work with employees and managers to facilitate performance improvement process as required
?Support in identifying training needs for employees in respective functions
?Liaison with HO L&D team to ensure overage of zonal employees in the training programs being organized.
?Ensure Individual Development Plans are created for the employees keeping in mind their career aspirations as well as manager feedback & training attended by them.
?Work with the AGM - HR and L&D team to design / customize existing training modules for respective functions.
Reward & Recognition Program:
?Responsible to work closely with the function to design and implement program respective functions as per agreed timelines
?Ensure right people are being recognized, in line with national norms
Employee Engagement & Communication:
?Develop individual rapport with all employees in the function
?Provides HR advice and support to employees on a range of operational human resources issues
?Ensure memorable employee experience
?Ensure long service award ceremony is rolled out as per national guidelines
?Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities on ground as per guidelines
?Support in exit formalities: Exit Interviews as well as full and final clearance at the zones
Talent Acquisition & Management:
?Responsible for identifying and interviewing appropriate candidates for open positions as per Talent Acquisition Process
?Anchor employee movements internally
?Support in identifying HiPos & HiPers as per the established PRI process
?Ensure robust on-boarding for new joinees into the organization as well as in-boarding for the internal movements in the organization
?Facilitate Mentorship program
?Effectively administer the Exit process - Work towards minimal man-day loss and quick turnaround on account of employee exit and replacement.
?Ensure formal exit interviews are carried out and analysis of same is shared with respective managers
?HO Administration team
?Post-graduate business degree from a good management institute with 4-6 years of HR experience.
?Experience with HR Business partnering role is must and additional experience of CoE role desirable
?Preferably has an experience of working with an MNC in an FMCG
