Requirements
Experience 10 to 15 years
Min. to Max. CTC Min. 8 Lacs to Max. 12 Lacs
Qualifications MSW, MPM, MBA, Dip. Personal mgt.
Social / Behavioral Skills Communication skills, Interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills Knowledge about IR, Labour laws
- Daily monitoring of category wise (Skilled, Semi skilled, Unskilled).
Coordination with plant HR for availability of manpower.
Audit of Statutory compliances as per the applicable laws & legal cases of plant. (AS per IR Audit Check List) - Meeting with Union Leader for long term settlement and wage agreement in applicable plants
- Keeping intelligence of Union Activities
- Providing support to Plant HR for Union Matters
