Preferred candidate

Experience in Tableau, R or other analytic tools


People Analytics role would
run the reporting and analytics function, drive business decisions, process enhancements, organization policies and strategic initiatives. This will require developing / analyzing / summarizing data in relevant & meaningful manner. The candidate should be successful in quantitative analysis, with the ability to see “beyond the numbers” and provide insights about the company’s workforce from standard reporting to executive level analysis.

This role is also responsible to manage manpower budgets, develop control mechanism and provide insights on variations to management through dashboard & reports.

Deliverables (Key Responsibilities )


·   Serve as expert in Manpower Budgeting, HR metrics, reporting, and advanced & predictive analytics

·   Manage budgeting exercise yearly, long range plan, drive and control budget numbers.

·   Develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports & visual HR metrics in areas such as: headcount, vacancies, turnover, recruitment to support strategic initiatives

·   Promote data governance, improve overall data quality and run regular audits of HR data and report issues

·   Produce clear, concise reports and/or presentations.

·   Develop and prepare charts, tables, and other related documents and graphics.

Demonstrable  – Key/ Distinguishing for the Role

·   Experience in Tableau, R or other analytic tools

·   Understanding of statistical analysis, quantitative aptitude and the ability to gather and interpret and explain relevant data and information

·   Use of Statistical techniques like regression and predictive modelling, factor analysis, data mining, text analytics, survey sampling, and data collection strategies.

·   Expertise with Excel

 

Educational Level

•           Bachelor’s Degree

•           Certification in HR Analytics OR Statistics OR Data Modelling is preferable
