Must have sound
knowledge in Industrial Automation
Hands-on
experience in Servo & VFD
Experience in
PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo and Motion Products for application development
Exposure to FA
products based solutions for MES, IOT, Industry 4.0 requirements
Work experience
with OEM / in Execution of OEM development project
Capable of
handling and execution of OEM complex application independently.
Candidates with
exposure to Project Management in Industrial Automation will be an added
advantage.
Please consider
candidates who are working with competitors or System Integrators/Channel
Partners or Industrial Automation division of IT firms. Such candidates have
wider knowledge of latest technologies and possess better skills of
communication and customer interaction.
It is not
necessary for the candidate to have good exposure to all FA products.
Candidates with the right aptitude can be groomed faster to fit in this
position.
Work experience
with OEM / in Execution of OEM development project
Capable of
handling and execution of OEM complex application independently.
Capable of
understanding OEM requirement and able to prepare BOM and Scheme independently
Support to
Channel Partner Engineers for different application
Support to
different End Users including Automotive, Pharma, Solar End customers during
break down and maintenance shutdown
Support for
Application development to key customers based on customer feedback and
suggestions.
Support sales
team for development of new customers by using new / special features of
products.
Continual Improvement of FA solutions to
customers by fixing major / critical problems / issues
Continual
sharing of important features to customer & Channel Partners
Post-Sales
Support to different End Users including Automotive, direct customers &
channel customers.
Provide techno
commercial support to sales for building technical solution to requirements
from customers.
Regular visits
to customers support Sales team & Channel Partners for development of
customers.
Creation and
Sharing of Reference Application document and various start up documents
generated from Test Setups which should be ready reference for applications,
improvement for support to customers.
Strong technical
support to customers for their retention, business growth.
Manage
continuous skill improvement of internal team members & Channel Partners
