Software Engineer- EPC:

This is a position within the Development Team in the Engineering department.

Job Responsibilities:

?Candidate will be a lead developer in a project team tasked with design development of innovative and highly scalable products on the 4G core network. Extensive design and architectural experience is desired.

?Writing system and design specification

?Taking ownership of the project and work with cross functional teams to successful delivery of the project

?Understanding of end to end scenario and troubleshooting /fixing of field and QA reported issues

Job Requirements:

?8+ years of experience in networking product development

?Excellent proficiency in C/C++ and Linux

?Capability to design scalable and robust system is a must

?Experience in 3G or 4G core network elements (SGSN, GGSN, MME, SGW, PGW) is a must

?Understanding of relevant interfaces (Gn, Gi, S1, S11, S10, S5/S8, S4, S6a, S2a/b/c, SGi) is a must

?Experience in LTE protocols (S1AP, GTPv1, GTPv2) is a must

?Experience in policy and charging infrastructure is desirable

?Experience/understanding of data path protocols (IPv4, IPv6, tunnelling) is a must

?Experience/understanding of routing protocols is desirable

?Understanding of integrity/encryption protocols is desirable

?Experience/understanding of Open Stack, VmWare based virtualization is desirable

?Experience in AAA and one or more of EAP authentication protocols such as EAP-TTLS, EAP-SIM, EAP-AKA, EAP-AKA is desirable

Education:

?Bachelor?s (B.E/B.Tech) or Master?s degree (M.E. or M.Tech.) in Computer Science/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent training, education and experience.
