Roles and responsibilities.
Job Description ::
— Build new, or refresh existing digital learning using learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and GoAnimate
— Work with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to ensure courses meet design requirements
— Build effective relationships with the on-shore and off-shore teams to build visually engaging and interactive learning content
— Ensure published content meets technical design and functional requirements
— Develop learning content as per agreed processes and methodologies
— Update existing content in light of post course evaluation
— Build bite-sized learning objects or individual high quality digital assets to be incorporated into various delivery mediums to enhance the offering
— Create innovative and engaging videos using animation and motion graphics
Education qualifications: Graduate or above | Desired skills: — Experience in building high-quality — Building effective digital learning to address learner, performance and business gaps — Clear understanding of learning development lifecycle and phases (storyboard, build, quality, functional testing, staging and deployment on LMS) — Working on multiple projects concurrently — Working with subject matter experts and instructional designers to build effective learning solutions — Core skills:
