Requirements and Responsibility:

 

Techno Commercial

?Preparation of CAPEX with all technical details.

?Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and Prospective customers.

?Responsible for Sales and Marketing for Domestic Market

?Understand customer requirements and provide them right product and solution.

?Price negotiation and settlement with customers

?Frequent visits at customer end for better customer relationship

?Engaging with cross functional teams to generate the leads and work closely to close the sales

?Must have to achieve the sales target numbers monthly, quarterly & annually.

?On time material delivery at customer end

?Building and managing relationship with the key customer accounts and generates new accounts or pitches them new products.

?Should be able to expend the market, customer base & product portfolio to the existing & new customers.

?Techno--commercial leadership for the sales team.

?Perform research and identify new potential customers & new market opportunity.

?Follow up for pending/due payments


Procurement

?Manage the entire process in the planning of materials/ goods purchase activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, customs clearance, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.

?Ensure effective lines of communication to ensure timely delivery of materials/ goods using the most appropriate Purchase procedures.

?Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.

?Establish and implement a monitoring system that ensures that the prices paid for materials/ goods are in line with local market prices.

?Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection, and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms Knowledge & experience with regard to new purchase procedures like e-tendering, GeM, other latest norms of government pertaining to procurement, and price preferential policy and General Financial Rules (GFR) Proficiency in system based purchase environment to facilitate the change in purchase process/ workflow Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Purchase plans and progress reports as required.

?Implementing and localizing the global manufacturer/supply chain according to the customer?s requirement

 

Qualifications:

Education/degree

BE with MBA


Work experience

?Min 8 -12 years of experience.

?Good communication and interpersonal skills
