  • You will be responsible for creating and executing a 360-degree marketing program to support and accelerate  business with the Strategic Alliances partnerships and build a strong market awareness on the association between Company and the Alliance Partners. You will be responsible for crafting a high-impact global Marketing strategy and plan in close collaboration with all the business stakeholders and the other Marketing teams across the globe. You would be directly responsible for execution of key global programs and support and oversee the regional execution with the regional marketing teams in the respective regions.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Own creation and execution of an integrated Marketing Plan to leverage the Alliance partnerships for growing Reputation, new demand creation and supporting joint market engagement
    • Plan and execute high impact joint programs aimed at increasing awareness on the association between Company and Alliance Partners in the market
    • Acquire, grow and manage Market Development Fund (MDF) and other resources from the Alliances
    • Manage allocation and utilization of the Alliances Marketing budget globally to support joint marketing programs
    • Develop and manage deep relationships with key Marketing and business stakeholders in the Alliances organization to identify and leverage synergies to grow joint market positioning and accelerate growth for joint propositions/services
    • Build market relevant joint value propositions and end-customer focused themes to enable market engagement. Leverage Alliances marketing channels to grow and expand market reach in the target segments
    • Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Product Marketing and other central functions to build an Alliances focus across every relevant initiative and achieve higher business impact by leveraging Alliances resources/relationships
    • Support and enable the key stakeholders working with the Alliances across Product and Sales organization
    • Measure, report and optimize the business impact and outcomes of all Alliances Marketing initiatives

     

    Qualification & Experience

     

    ?MBA or equivalent

    ?10+ years of work experience with at-least 5 years of B2B technology marketing experience

    ?At-least 3 years of experience in a senior Alliances marketing role in B2B technology companies
