Senior Product Marketing Manager - Cloud (DIVERSITY Candidates only)
To accelerate momentum on global cloud computing services portfolio, we?re looking for an entrepreneur, strategist, marketing visionary, and cross-functional team leader. You are a self-starter who will coordinate a diverse, cross-functional team. As a subject matter expert, you?ll be working with the product management and development teams to drive the global marketing plan, including:
Define and effectively communicate Cloud product messaging and differentiators with a clear understanding of the target customer or audience.
Develop all forms of product and marketing collateral such as technical documents, web content, videos, blogs, seminars, and more.
Serve as the product marketing SME and coordinate the launch of new products and campaigns.
Plan and develop the core messaging of integrated marketing campaigns and develop relevant assets such as slides, blogs, infographics, social media, and more.
Produce aesthetically-pleasing and creative slide decks, infographics, and other visual aids.
Ability to convert technical/roadmap into a story which is interesting and effective both for external and internal audience
Strong grasp of converting functional parameters into Value Propositions
Support speakers and speak at customer and partner events and deliver in-depth, engaging, and informative presentations and training.
Actively partner with product development teams to define requirements and product strategy
Support the creation, maintenance, and dissemination of the product roadmap
Work closely with Product Development, Product Management, and Product & Proposition Marketing to ensure alignment between the teams on plans, execution, and messaging.
Be an active participant in the execution of go-to-market and launch activities.
BA/BS degree and 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role within the enterprise tech or cloud computing industry. Understanding of the communications business is a plus.
Ability to comprehend complex technical information and translate into simple yet powerful messaging.
Deep understanding of business enterprise IT needs, cloud industry, and enterprise buyer journey.
Deep understanding of business software use cases and pain points including data storage, backup, big data, virtualization, cloud, disaster recovery, and more.
Self-starter with drive to engage with cross-functional teams with strong sense of urgency to deliver outcomes and achieve results.
Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong presentation skills
