The role of the Associate Director- Sales is to:-

 

?         Leading a particular city sales team.

?         Responsible for city team sales performance against targets.

?         Implementing sales strategies for enhancing revenue generation.

?         Understands the product as a  whole as he is supposed to spearhead making it easy to tailor unique strategies around the product.

?         Partnering with senior management for administrative purpose i.e. development of plans, strategies, structures, budget, vision and establishment of goals, managing key relationships with external partners and clients.

?         Supervises sales managers & Acquisitions.

?         Implementing business plans by developing field sales action plans.

?         Maintains technical and professional knowledge by attending relevant workshops and establishing personal networks.

?         Build & Maintain Relationship's with IPC's & Brokers.

?         Should know the Demographics of Different Micro Markets.

?         Competition Mapping ( City Level ),  review sales team performance on a weekly , monthly & quarterly Basis.

?         Achieving Individual & Team, Annual Target.

?         Trainings for Self & Team

 

 

Required are:-

 

?         Minimum 10 years of experience into corporate/office leasing.

?         Should have done enterprise office leasing.

?         Should have worked on minimum 1-2 million sq. ft. area.

?         Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate, acquisition, legal agreements, product knowledge, MS Office, CRM familiarity, co-working and managed office industry.

?         Must be from IPC background.

?         Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, leadership, team building & motivational, negotiation and time management skills.

?         Should be excellent in sales planning, strategy building, competition analysis, need analysis, objection handling, post sales relationship management and direct sales.
