KEY TASKS/ RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION
Strategy Formulation
Contribute in development of business plan and sales strategy for the region
Compiling sales forecast for the region
Support region sales team in creation of proposals for budget approvals, sales support etc.
Business Performance Reporting and Analysis
Tracking and analysis of primary / secondary sales for different brands/SKUs as per Company?s Revenue Recognition Policy
Tracking score card (sales KPIs) for the region.
Coordination with sales team/state coordinators for reports/ MIS/ Trade Marketing reports
Tracking actual NSV against budget.
Tracking and analysis of Sales & Marketing spends against budget.
Providing Gap analysis and exceptions reports for state wise budget, volume/ rebates/ CPC etc.
Single point of contact for Sales reports/ SPRs/ A&Ps/ Sales Incentives/ Sales Forecast/ Sales Projects/ Sales Training coordination.
Preparing Sales review presentations.
Tracking activation (Customer & Consumer) efficiencies with pre. & post analysis, learning and recommendations.
Tracking Internal Market share with the help of sales team
Support in development of dashboards and performance management matrix on trends, gaps, shortfalls to help support Sales team on an ongoing basis
Designing other relevant trackers, as & when needed, for business growth &/or efficiency build up.
Pricing
Identify opportunities across region for pricing strategies
Price Indexing and monitoring.

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel based data analysis and reporting

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate/MBA/CA with 4-6 years? experience, preferably an MBA in Finance.
