The position is of Asst. Manager/ Manager Institutional Sales in a Leading Building Material MNC at Bangalore,

Job Profile: Asst. Manager/ Manager- Institutional Sales

Location: Mumbai

Note: Only Candidates from Lighting Industry preferred

It will be an IC (Individual Contributor)

Qualification; Graduate (Science /Technical preferred) + MBA/PGDM-Sales/Marketing preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

 -     7- 12 years of experience in Projects/ institutional Selling, of Luminaire/Lighting product range, with experience in LED product line

-         Should have strong contacts with Architects, Lighting Consultants, Specifier, Builders etc.

-         Should have good knowledge of given market

Job Role:

PRIMARY FUNCTION

->Business Development through specifiers, consultants, architects, builders and Project authorities in assigned area and meet given sales targets.

->Handle end to end process, from lead generation to order execution and final collection of Payment through institutional/Project sales channel.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

->Develop Market Intelligence and keep a Vigil on Competitors activities.

->Sell and promote various ranges of products, from traditional to technical/SSL, get specified in projects for newly launched technical product lines.

->Get technical approval for the new projects and educate the customer about new technical developments in coordination with relevant internal teams.

-> Coordinate with various internal and external customers for successful & timely order execution and collection
