Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager ? Social Media
The purpose of the role is to plan and oversee execution and monitor the impact of our social content strategy for new launches, BAU and event campaigns.
The role will also Include setting up our Influencer engagement program and fan community platform and overseeing them.
?Planning social calendar for launches and events In line with the strategy, organization objectives and budget allocations
?lead ORM for the brand and provide In-depth analysis of metrics related to social media marketing
?Planning Influencer program for creating exciting content for the brand
?Tracking latest social and Influencer trends
?Manage stakeholders across brand/ product, business, alliances, digital marketing
?Develop content strategies in collaboration with the other members of the marketing team
?Oversee and strategize on design with design team
?Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the Impact of social media campaigns
Desired Candidate Profile
?3-6 years of prior social media experience in a consumer start-up
?Should be updated on latest trends in all social media platforms
?Bubbling with creative ideas/ thoughts around campaigns
?Has set-up or scaled up social media channels for their previous employers - knows how to track the impact of all social media activities on business
