AGM, Delivery Business
DBH will be driving aggressive growth in delivery business. We are looking for an innovative individual to overdrive and oversee the direct to consumer online business through 3rd party platforms with a unique combination of digital content, social media, CRM, digital media execution, customer service and fulfilment operations.
Desired Experience :
1. Only IIT and 4-7years of post-qualification balanced experience of managing SALES and P&L MANAGEMENT. An experience pf working in a startup environment will be an added advantage
2. Prior experience of functioning as a profit centre head is desired. Responsible for top-line /bottom-line
3. Experience of working with 3rd party vendors and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets.
4. Experience of continuous improvement of sales and revenue management goals.
5. Experience operating effectively in a complex decision-making setting
6. Working experience with diverse groups / stakeholders
7. Experience working in a complex environment where there may be conflicting objectives, ability to navigate and pull all into a broader system view, and ability to effectively engage vendors to achieve a goal.
