POSITION SUMMARY: Pre-Sales Solution Architect – For Growth Segment and Partner Ecosystem/System Integrators & Resellers Responsibly direct complete End to End business solutions. Self Motivated , is expected to interact actively with the backend service delivery team, Product or engineering for nonstandard opportunitiesIs involved in pre-sales activities with customer interfacing for explaining client's  products & services, requirement gathering etc. Manages the client  internal stake holders and customers and Tier1/Tier2 SI’s; and OEMs/Technology Developers to ensure that the Solution designed meets the end clients Business requirement. Develops best practices, road map for the solution with the help of the product and Sales team. Keeps abreast of the latest technological developments & carries feedback from customers to the product management & service delivery groupsDevelop solution propositions/bundles and support framework for SI partnersFacilitates Partner sales/Presales onboarding to support client products & ServicesQuarterly review with partner sales/Presales/bid teams on the health of the business along with sales                      

Years Experience App 7-10 year’s relevant expertise in a, individual or a combination of the following areas: Hosting and Virtualization Technologies, Data Center Services / Cloud services (Managed Hosting, Private, Public); 

Clear understanding around Compute, Storage, Network requirements and solutions;Network services like IPLC, MPLS, Ethernet, IP transit with an understanding of concepts around Routing Protocols like Static, BGP, OSPF;Security services (DDoS, Firewall, UTM, Proxy, SIEM, WAF, etc)UCC (Unified Communication and Collaboration) services (SIP / Video / Mobility/Microsoft and Cisco Solutions)Being part of Infrastructure practice teams in large organisations/SIs. Experience in Mobility and IoT as well will be an added advantage.

Previous Work Experience: Solution Architecture and Pre-sales function. Worked in large and transformational infrastructure deals for enterprises/service providers. Worked across technology towers like Network, Cloud/Data Center, Security, UCC and more as a service designer. Network, Security and Cloud are key followed by UCC. Understanding of SDN/IoT is desirable. Mobility like LTE/3G/VoLTE/NFV understanding will be an added advantage.

 Preferred Professional: CertificationEngineering Degree, Technical Certification on CCNP, Cloud and Hosting Services, Security Services, OSCA/ CISSP/ CCNA Collab etc. Type of candidate (core skills)Knowledge on Computer System(Server) Understanding of various Operating system for providing customer solutions virtualization – VMware /Hyper-VStorage/BackupConcept of Cloud Data CentreShould have clear understanding of Managed security services like UTM, Vulnerability assessment, Web Application Firewall, SIEM, Firewall Analyser’s, SSOC services understand MPLS, Internet, EthernetExposure to SDN/NFV and any IoT frameworks will be a huge plus should have exposure to Cisco/Microsoft UCC suite of services, at least design understanding, preferably Cisco HCS/Spark/O365, SIP; but not mandatory. Basic awareness of UCC is desirable. Knowledge on Contact Center is plus analytical and who understands competitive landscape well-understand Commercial aspect while designing a solution. Should have worked with Cross-functional teams.
