Been a high paced growing tech company, the client had an aggressive hiring and growth plan and was looking for recruitment empowering partner that could ensure fulfilment of the goals especially in a competitive talent market like India.
For the first phase, we received 250 mid & senior-level engineering job positions from our client to be closed within six months. To address the challenge the company required recruitment empowering partner with an extensive network of candidates and proven sourcing and recruiting expertise.
Based on our extensive experience in IT Hiring, we analyzed the client requirement and started working to building an agile candidate pipeline for different positions. To ensure streamlined hiring, we deployed five specialized recruiters to the client location in Bangalore and Hyderabad. We attracted candidates with multiple sources and prepared a data-driven hiring strategy, we created measurable KPIs (defining the recruitment cycle) for each recruiter to close 250 positions in the project with better engagement and constant connect with candidates along with creating a backup of candidates.
We shared over 3,000 profiles and had over 1,000 interviews within five months. We structured a weekend drive calendar for five months to accommodate volume interviews. With weekly updates and feedbacks, we were also able to address the challenges from both ends. We created a hiring story through the data for the client to assess their process better (which interviewing tool/ method worked better in terms of conversion and the role).
With our exclusive and extensive database, aggressive digital drive and recruitment campaigns, we were able to reduce overall recruitment cost as well.
The end-to-end recruitment process was handled by our expert enPower team from both a strategic and process perspective. The results were much appreciated & the RPO was further extended with more positions.
