​Mr.  Sanjit Banerjee will be responsible to set up RPO business along with leading our permanent recruitment business in India.

Sanjit brings maturity and experience of managing Recruitment and Talent Acquisition business operations at national level, joined en world from GI Group of Italy. Prior to this, he has also worked with fortune listed organisations like LG Electronics, J Walter Thompson and Manpower Group. He headed the Manpower Group’s permanent recruitment business and had also initiated the RPO division of ManpowerGroup in India. He was the recipient of Global Power Award for achieving business turnaround in India.
